From a small idea to deliver a better betting experience for Malaysian players, joss168 has grown into one of the most trusted online gaming platforms in the region. This is our story.
Joss168 founded with one clear goal — to build an online betting platform that truly understands the needs and preferences of local players. We know Malaysian players want an experience that is simple, secure and enjoyable without worrying about slow payment processes or confusing interfaces.
With over seven years in operation, joss168 has served hundreds of thousands of active members across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang and Kota Kinabalu to Kuching. We take pride in the diversity of our player community and continuously strive to meet their needs with relevant products and friendly service.
The joss168 platform covers live sports betting, slot games from the world's leading providers, live casino with real dealers, and a wide range of other game options. Everything is accessible via web browser or a mobile app optimised for Android and iOS — meaning you can play anytime, anywhere.
What sets joss168 from other platforms is our commitment to security and transparency. Every transaction is encrypted with 256-bit SSL technology, member funds are held in segregated accounts, and all withdrawals are completed within 5 to 15 minutes. We don't believe in making players wait for their own money.
We are also very serious about responsible gaming. Joss168 provides account management tools including daily betting limits, deposit limits and a temporary pause option to help members stay in control of their gaming activity. Entertainment should always remain enjoyable — that's a principle we have held firm since day one.
The joss168 team comprises experienced professionals across gaming, information technology, cybersecurity, and customer service. We operate under a valid licence and comply with all guidelines set by our regulatory body to ensure every player is fully protected.
To every member who has been with us throughout this journey — thank you. Your trust is the engine behind everything we do. And to those of you just discovering joss168, we welcome you to this growing community of Malaysian players.
